Responsibilities include the efficient day-to-day management of accurately receiving, stocking and issuing parts, cycle counting parts and record keeping activities of all raw-material for Receiving and Main Stores. Responsible for processing internal and external Sales Order requisitions, DMF requisitions and RMA shipment requisitions. Able to organize daily kitting requirements and to set priorities for these work requirements in a detailed and thorough manner. Ability to analyze and reconcile cycle count discrepancies and close open invoice issues from accounting. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Achieve and maintain Main Stores part by part inventory accuracy >95%. Achieve and maintain Receiving part by part inventory accuracy at 100%. Achieve and maintain Main Stores inventory accuracy in dollars at >99%. Works with Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate a thorough, objective and timely annual staff performance appraisal. Requirements: Knowledge of all Material Control operations and procedures associated with the stockroom and receiving. Ability to use material handling equipment including forklift operation. CONCA8974293 - A Martinez company is seeking Operators for their dry ice facility. Primary responsibilities are to assist and work with Production Technicians in all phases of manufacture, processing, storing and loading of finished dry ice in block and pellet form. This includes washing, cleaning, and facility record keeping, as directed by the shift supervisor. Additional duties include studying specific Standard Operating Procedures, P&ID’s, PFD’s and all other technical documentation as it relates to the operational and equipment processes. Also actively participates in facility safety meetings and inspection. Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible. Requirements for this position include a full pre-employment physical, the ability to manage 60 lbs blocks of dry ice for the assigned work schedule (8–10 hour shift), which can entail lifting a total of 20 tons of product in an 8-hour period. Must be able to wear required PPE Safety equipment including hardhat, safety glasses, ear protection, safety shoes/boots, and appropriate work clothes. Must be willing to work a rotating shift (Sun – Thurs) 8-10 hours shifts, primarily evening and midnight shifts. Must be flexible to support filling in for vacations or emergencies as situation warrant. Must be willing to work overtime as needed or be called in for assigned work.
