Duties: Provide Department level management and leadership to the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal OSHA rules and regulations and in furtherance of the Industries Best Practices. Provide direction to the facilities accident prevention program by directing and participating in studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to employee's health, and ensuring that appropriate corrective action is taken. Manage the facilities Workers Compensation and modified duty program to include the implementation of practices to reduce the facilities acute, repetitive motion and ergonomic related injuries.
